If you’ve read my previous blog post, you might have gathered that my life hasn’t exactly been a smooth ride. It’s been more like a roller coaster, with plenty of ups and downs. But over the past 10-12 years, I’ve grown and gained a lot of awareness. I attribute this growth to two main factors: experiencing and learning from pain and discomfort, and expanding my mental models and spirituality.
Although I don’t often talk about it, I consider myself a spiritual person. I believe in a higher intelligence, an all-knowing Universe. But I understand that spirituality is a personal journey that can’t be forced on anyone. It’s not like religion, where you follow rituals and doctrine.
During my darkest moments, the Universe has provided me with supportive friends and valuable insights, like pearls of wisdom. These books have truly transformed my beliefs and perspectives about the world. I believe sharing them with you could also benefit your own growth and perspective.

Your Soul’s Gift
Even though this one is not well known as Journey of the Soul, I rate this book much higher than the other one as it is much more thought provoking and in depth, closer to the level of Dolores Canon. You will learn that a lot of accidents or tragic loss that are almost incomprehensible in life were actually planned before and nothing left to chance. Your soul choose to experience those incidents, either to pay karma, or to accelerate the growth journey of the soul. You learn that you are protected, and even suicide sometimes are not accidentally but just a way for a soul to exit this 3D dimension. I urge you to give this book a chance and your view about Death and Life may completely shift.
“Your Soul’s Gift” by Robert Schwartz is a book that explores the concept of pre-birth planning and the role of challenges and suffering in our lives. The author suggests that before we are born, we choose our life circumstances, including the challenges and suffering that we may encounter, as part of our soul’s plan for growth and learning.
Through a series of case studies, Schwartz explores the stories of individuals who have faced significant challenges such as illness, disability, addiction, and loss. He suggests that by understanding the pre-birth plan behind these challenges, we can gain a greater understanding of their purpose and find greater meaning and healing in our lives.
The book also provides insights into the spiritual nature of our existence and the interconnectedness of all beings. The author draws upon his background in hypnotherapy to provide a unique perspective on the soul’s journey and the role of challenges and suffering in our lives.
This book may be best suited for readers who are interested in exploring the spiritual aspects of challenges and suffering in life. It may also appeal to those who are seeking greater meaning and purpose in their lives, or who have experienced significant challenges themselves. The book is written in a compassionate and accessible style, making it easy to understand and apply the concepts presented.
Quotes:
- “We do not come to this world to suffer needlessly, but rather to learn and grow from the challenges we face.”
- “By understanding the pre-birth plan behind our challenges, we can gain greater meaning and healing in our lives.”
- “Our challenges are not punishments or random events, but rather opportunities for growth and learning on our soul’s journey.”
Soul Integration
You have heard about the new Golden Age on Earth. However, this does not just happen. It is up to each one of us to make it happen, by healing and transforming our lives through Soul Integration. Soul Integration is about aligning all parts of ourselves into a cohesive whole. We then become all-powerful, all-wise and all-loving. We then fulfill the promises of the mystics and seers of all ages. This book shows you step by step how to access this all-powerful self. Topics include healing the six lower bodies, transcending karma, contacting your soul family in the higher realms, how to reach enlightenment, and how to bring enlightenment down to Earth.
This is not an easy book to read but I assure you it’s written in a very scientific manner and not at all sound mumbo jumbo. In fact I consider it one of the best explanation about what, why and how souls incarnate in this world.
Quotes:
- “True happiness and fulfillment come from living in alignment with our spiritual nature.”
- “By integrating our spiritual and physical selves, we can access our full potential and live a life of purpose and meaning.”
- “Through the practice of meditation and self-reflection, we can begin to uncover the true nature of our souls and experience greater joy and fulfillment in our lives.”
